I've always loved Reggae music. Growing up in South Florida, it was everywhere and had a huge influence on me. As a long time Bob Marley fan, who's listened to even his most obscure early work, I've never heard of the songs you mentioned...
No Lovely women, No Cry [possibly : No Woman, No Cry] Zoysia grass Soldier [possibly : Buffalo Soldier ] Payoff Song [possibly : Redemption Song ]
Appears that your post is just some spam-bot "spun content". Too bad because Reggae is a beautiful thing and to have it polluted by spammers is a crying shame.

Consumer Complaints / Scams, Scammers and Fraudsters / Re: Homeowners Warned to Beware of Contractor Scams After Hurricane Irene
|
on: September 05, 2011, 10:07:00 am
|
Excellent information Noblitz. Here's another tip if you're searching for an official state or county site to perform a license verification search... If you're searching Google, use the following query : +"state or county name" contractor license lookup inurl:.gov for example : +arizona state "contractor license" search inurl:.gov Use quotes around the state name if the state you're searching for has two words in the name, ie: New Jersey +"new jersey" state "contractor license" search inurl:.gov You'll always want to include the "inurl:.gov" modifier as this will return search results from ONLY government sites which have the .gov domain extension. All .gov sites are official government sites. Hope this helps.

Consumer Complaints / Consumer News, Warnings and Product Recalls / 5 Tips for Protecting Yourself as a Consumer
|
on: September 04, 2011, 02:47:59 pm

5 Tips for Protecting Yourself as a ConsumerDon't Become a Victim #1 : Do Your Due DiligenceAs a consumer, one of the most important things you can do is research new and untrusted companies before you begin business with them. This is especially true of internet based companies and absolutely critical before making any type of investment. More often than not, a simple Google search can save you a lot of future headaches and heartaches. #2 : Monitor Your Credit Report and Banking Statements on a Regular BasisWith identity theft on the rise, these days, it's more important than ever to watch your personal information more closely than ever. You don't have to use a third party monitoring agency such as Lifelock because all of the resources necessary are availabe to consumers for free if you know where to look and are proactive. #3 : Make Yourself Aware of Consumer Laws and RgulationWhile you don't have to become an expert, it's important to at least glance and read the FTC's studies about consumer fraud to help protect yourself. As stated on their site, "education is the best defense" #4 : If It Seems Too Good To Be True, It Probably IsWhile this seems like such an old adage, in today's world, the saying is more true than ever. If you really believe you're going to get that $700 iPad you want for $49.95 or get something for nothing, just remember what P.T Barnum said. "A sucker is born every minute" and that's the motto con-men and scammers rely on to fleece people of their hard earned cash #5 : Keep All Documentation of Transactions as Evidence As an educated consumer, it's imperative to keep receipts, records and anything else that might pertain to significant transactions to protect yourself against fraud. Don't be the chump who throws away receipts when all it costs you to keep them is a shoebox. Should you find yourself in a sticky situation with the burden of proof resting on your shoulders, it can only help to have accurate documentation. Legitimate businesses will be more than happy to offer you receipts or documentation when doing business with them.

Consumer Complaints / Consumer News, Warnings and Product Recalls / Rascal Scooter Maker Fined for Violating Do Not Call List
|
on: April 24, 2011, 01:28:59 pm
|
The maker of a popular scooter used by seniors and the disabled has agreed to pay a $100,000 penalty to settle Federal Trade Commission charges that it illegally called millions of consumers whose numbers were listed on the national Do Not Call Registry.
Electric Mobility Corporation, manufacturer of the Rascal Scooter, unlawfully used phone numbers collected from sweepstakes entry forms to call consumers despite their desire not to be contacted by telemarketers, the FTC said.
The FTC's complaint accuses Electric Mobility Corp. and its owner Michael Flowers of making more than three million illegal sales calls, beginning in 2003, to consumers on the Do Not Call Registry -- all of whom had had entered the company's "Win a Free Rascal" sweepstakes.
Electric Mobility regularly encourages consumers to enter its sweepstakes through direct mail, newspapers and TV advertisements, which is how it managed to obtain millions of phone numbers, many of them on the registry.

Consumer Complaints / Consumer News, Warnings and Product Recalls / Nestle Recalls Lean Cuisine Simple Favorites Spaghetti with Meatballs
|
on: March 15, 2011, 05:10:57 pm
|
(SOLON, Ohio) – March 14, 2011 – Nestlé Prepared Foods Company today announced the voluntary recall of one hour code of LEAN CUISINE® Simple Favorites Spaghetti with Meatballs, UPC 13800-10390. The production code is 0298595519 P. The voluntary recall is limited to this one hour of production, which was distributed to multiple states. No other production dates, sizes or varieties of LEAN CUISINE products are affected by this recall. The reason for the recall is that the product may contain pieces of red plastic. Nestlé is taking this action after a few consumers reported they had found red plastic in the meatball portion of the entrée. No injuries were reported by any of these consumers. Thus far, the plastic complaints appear to be confined to a very short period of production. However, out of an abundance of caution, Nestlé is recalling the entire hour code of that product marked 0298595519 P. The entrée being recalled was produced during late October, 2010 and due to its popularity, Nestlé believes very little remains in retail distribution. For this reason, Nestlé is reaching out to consumers to ask that they examine their freezer inventory for specific packages of LEAN CUISINE® Simple Favorites Spaghetti with Meatballs, UPC 13800-10390, which would carry the production code 0298595519 P. To locate the production code, consumers should look for the gray “proof of purchase” panel, located on the right end flap of the package, below the ingredient statement.
